yes of course, forgiveness for the lack of consistency, good when I take the short code, from the plugin, and put it on the home page, the comments appear, but if the comment has an image, it will be on the product page, for the short code, the image does not appear. I would like to know how I can make the comments that are on “geekaoavesso.com”, appear with the photos that were sent with the comment.

This is the review grid shortcode. Its layout was not designed to show uploaded photos. Please try using [cusrev_all_reviews] to show reviews with photos uploaded by customers.
Did you add “show_pictures” parameter to the [cusrev_all_reviews] shortcode?
