    Hello,

    Shipstation tracking should be auto-send to paypal, however this appears to not be working.

    ppcp-order-tracking/src/Integration/ShipStationIntegration.php:61 hooks the same woocommerce_shipstation_shipnotify action at priority 500 and pushes tracking to PayPal’s Order Tracking API automatically.

    The paypal, add tracking metabox is showing and we can still add in tracking via the paypal portal.

    Is this maintained and working?

    We are not aware of any gaps or known issues with the ShipStation tracking integration. The most likely root cause in practice is a carrier code mismatch between what ShipStation sends and what PayPal’s API accepts. We would need to review your setup in more detail. Please follow these steps to share your system status report with us:

    1. Navigate to WooCommerce → Status in your site’s admin panel.
    2. Click on Get system report and then Copy for support.
    3. Paste the report into our PrivateBin: http://privatebin.syde.com/
    4. Share the generated link with us so we can review it.

    Additionally, please enable logging so we can capture more details:

    1. Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → PayPal and scroll down to the Troubleshooting section.
    2. Enable Logging and save the changes.

    Please note: if logging was not previously enabled, there will be no logs for earlier failed attempts. You will need to reproduce the issue again after enabling logging.

    Once reproduced:

    1. Go to WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
    2. Select the latest log file starting with woocommerce-paypal-payments for the relevant date.
    3. Copy the log contents and upload them to https://privatebin.syde.com/
    4. Share the PrivateBin link with us.

    It would also be helpful if you could include a screenshot of the affected order, so we can correlate it with the logs. We are waiting for your system report and logs to proceed with the analysis.
