Shipping settings broken

    Once DPD plugin is enabled – every other shipping provider setting, including default WooCommerce flat-rate provider, is unusable.

    Bug appeared with latest version.

    Problem in the function dpd_logo() in the class-dpd.php file, which does not return $label if it is not a DPD method.
