    Hello,

    Question on the

    https://docs.algolplus.com/algol_order_export/shipping-multiple-addresses/

    For Advanced Order Export

    This is for

WooCommerce Ship to Multiple Addresses ?

It looks like it will grab the info needed from _wcms_packages   to create an organized, efficient export.

However, after adding it to the child theme’s functions and exporting, the Customer Note area ($package['note’]) does not export

After adding the code to functions.php in child theme, the export does not work as expected.

The fields for Shipping are blank, as are the Customer Notes.

Correct info still logs in database and shows in admin order info for woo.

    Tried:

Deactivating, then reactivating Advanced Order Export plugin

Deactivating all plugins. Only activating AOE, Ship to Multiple, and Woo.

    Reinstalling Ship to Multiple plugin

Using different child themes with the additional funcitons.php

    Processing new orders

Adding code directly to “Custom PHP” instead of via child’s functions.php

Do you have any ideas? Am I doing something wrong?

Nevermind — I had a conflict in another function and also needed to reset the export fields. Solved on my own. Sorry!
