Several problems

I have been using FSCF for years but now I am facing some issues with an installation:

1) “Warning: You have disabled the email address field on the Fields tab, you will not be able to reply to emails and the confirmation email (if enabled) will not work.” BUT that field is enabled and the confirmation e-mail works

2) No redirect is enabled and the “thank you” message is always shown below the contact form (see: http://www.tecnoelettrasas.it/contatti/)

3) it is not possible to enable Akismet for the form but the plugin is installed and working.

I have updated bot WP to 4.1.1 and FSCF to 4.0.33, I have also tried to disable/enable the plugin but nothing changes.

The form works but all the above-mentioned issues are very strange especially because FSCF has always worked perfectly for many WP installations.
