I second this. basically the js that suppose to be loaded during the setup is not loaded. just enqueue it.

I’ve tested this on MAC OS (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) and Windows (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) WP 5.6 and I was not able to replicate the issue.
Can you please disable Minify if enabled and see if the issue persists? If so, please re-enable minify and make sure that the option “Disable minify for logged in users” is enabled in Performance>Minify, save all settings and purge the cache and see if the issue persists

in fact I have to deactivate the plugin, cause the js issue blocks loading the entire site
Also to me give this error, I can not access any page of the plug in, I remain fixed on this page with these buttons that do nothing, without being able in any way to go to any other page of the plugin. How can I do?
I tried with 3 different browsers, both on windows 10 and on android, but nothing.

Can you please share if the language on your WP is English and If you have any other notifications on the Setup Guide Page?

The language of the administration console is Italian, there is no notification from the plugin, the only way to skip the configuration is to press the button:
If you prefer to configure the settings on your own, you can skip this setup guide.
