  • Hello @isaias2025

The error message you received, “User ID does not exist or is deleted,” typically indicates the product template might be configured to display information related to a specific user (e.g., the course instructor or product author). If that user has been deleted from your WordPress site, the template might be trying to access their non-existent ID, leading to the error.

To assist you effectively, could you please confirm the following details?

🔰 Moodle Version: Please ensure you are using Moodle 4.3 or above for optimal functionality.

🔰 WordPress Version: Ensure that your WordPress version is 6.0 or above.

🔰 Edwiser Bridge Versions:Moodle: Should be 4.0.0 or higher. ➥ WordPress: Should be 4.0.0 or higher. ➥ Edwiser Bridge Pro (WordPress only): Should be 4.0.0 or higher.

Additionally, please note that our Pro solution is only compatible with WooCommerce products, while the free solution should be used solely for courses and not as products.

Having this information will allow us to provide more targeted assistance and get you back on track quickly.

    Thanks,

    Team Edwiser

The error come up on the attempt to use the template for the first time. It’s a clean install of the plugin with no modifications. So, I have no idea where the user id error is comming from.
