Settings Validation Fails when doing single worker page

Hi, the plug-in installed fine and all seems to be working (when I put the full booking form into a page) but then I tried to do a single worker/location/service and it failed with:

East Appointments – Settings validation: [there’s a typo there!]
You need to define at least one worker.

There should be at least one Connection.

I checked and I have 2 workers, 3 locations and all are connected. The main booking page still works.

Any suggestions for troubleshooting? Thanks
