• I just realized that UpdraftPlus hasn’t backed up since August. I got rid of the Gmail account that the plugin is sending notifications to, and hadn’t noticed. Unfortunately when I click on the settings tab in the plugin (that is, Settings > Settings) the space below is blank. I have no idea how to get the plugin working again. Any suggestions?

    Hi,

In the free version of UpdraftPlus, backup notifications are automatically sent to the site’s administrator email address.

    Best wishes,

Thanks, but the old Gmail address that notifications are going to is not the site administrator’s email address. That was updated long ago.

The last backup notification I have for this site went to the current admin email address. It’s from June. (There were probably notifications sent after that, but typically I delete them on arrival.)

I’m still unable to access the “Settings” pane of the plugin settings.

I’ve also received an error notification at the admin email address. I’ve replaced the actual site URL with “site.com”.

An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 1364 of the file /home/customer/www/site.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/class-updraftplus.php.
