    Hi,

this means that saving through the WordPress API does not work for some reason. There are multiple possible reasons:

    • no https (but your site seems to have https setup correctly)
    • application passwords not available (this is verified; there should be a warning about this when starting the assistant)
    • WP REST API is disabled or restricted

See if any other plugins may have an effect on this. Sometimes security plugins have features that may have an influence.

I can’t remember for sure if there was a warning but I don’t remember one.

I checked my WP Security Firewall settings and WP REST API is set to

User roles allowed access when logged in: ALL

    Unerlaubte REST-Anfragen unterbinden: no

So unless I read that wrong that shouldn’t be the issue?

This looks good but I don’t think I am aware of all the settings yet that may interfere. Can you try disabling the plugin for a minute and try without it enabled?

If you like you can also add admin access for me ([email protected]) temporarily then I can have a look if I see something from your end.

Hey Eric, I am getting the same error. May I set you up with temp access on my site?
