Set & Reset Default Pre-Select Values

I’m using the Radio/Button selection style [https://wc-donation.wcdp.jonh.eu/projects/safe-the-owls/] but since the update it wrongly defaults to select ‘Other’ option as the default on page load.

1. How can I reset this so that it doesn’t pre-select any option ?
2. How do I set a specific option as the default, say for example $50 from the options to be pre-selected on page load ?
3. How do I customize the label for the Donation Frequency to be as one showed in the image as ‘Make it monthly!’ without changing the actual attribute in Woocommerce ?
