Set links in Editor Field

Hi,

we have a problem setting links in text fields, similiar like described here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/text-formatting-in-html-field-not-working-after-update-plugin/

If I mark text and klick on the link icon, the form shows up, but as soon as I set the cursor in the field it disappears immediatly.

The same happens when trying to change alignment etc, all buttons with flyout.

Plugin version is 3.11.1 and core is 6.8
