Is there a way to set the default language of the code blocks? I am using for example PowerShell 90% of the time. Now I have to set the correct language for each block, would be nice if we can set a default language.

Technically you can re-order the language list to set your favourite languages on top of the list.

Having a pre-selected language in Gutenberg+TinyMCE requires some rework of the editing plugins – as of now this might be a feature for the upcoming pro version
