    Hi there,

I had session expire set to a very long expiration (months). This had been working as expected.

We have decided to set a shorter session expiration 3 weeks, but when I try and change my number from a large one to 30240, I get the message, “Value must be less than or equal to 500.”

Has these been introduced via an update? Does the Pro version allow you to add a something beyond 500 minutes which seems strangely short?

If I delete the session expire so it shows the faded 10, does it default to the WordPress defaults or is it 10 minutes?

    Hey, @naresh11381

Thanks for highlighting this, it’s a helpful use case.

We’re reviewing the current limit and considering increasing it to better align with WordPress defaults and real-world usage (like multi-week sessions).

Just to confirm, would a range of a few weeks to a month (e.g., around 30 days), best?

    Appreciate your input!

    Hey, @naresh11381

We’ve sent the release v6.2.3. In which we updated the maximum value of the session expiration field from 500 to 43,200 minutes (30 days) and added a filter loginpress_session_expiration_max to modify it. Here you go for the changelog.

Thank you again for reporting the issue.
