Server Info tab bugs

    Firstly: There is a bug when on the “Server Info” tab, it is not possible to switch between light mode and dark mode, i must go to another tab, make the modification, and then it works.

    Secondly: In “Server Info”, the top tabs do not work, clicking on them does not produce any reaction.

    I use v.3.1.0.1

    We have tested this issue on our end and didn’t find.

    Could you please let us know about the PHP & WP version of your server? We want to investigate again in depth.
    Also the active plugins list (Server Info > WordPress tab > Scroll down to Active Plugin List > copy ). Paste the copied data here.

    Hi there,

    I have fixed the color mode issue on Server Info page. But unfortunately i did not find the top tab issue. It is working fine on my end. Please provide a video demonstration with the issue so that we can understand the exact issue.

    Anyway, the fix will be available in the next release maybe next week.

    Hi @s4ke,

    If you’re working on Local environment and trying to switch Server Info tabs then please check “WordPress Salt” is on your wp-config.php file.
    Server Info requires WordPress’s Salt keys to check server informations.
    Same for live version as well.
