I noticed that during a paypal checkout, even if the payment fails, the student gets enrolled in the paid course.

How do we fix that?

Hi @7hephysicist,

The issue seems a bit unusual because the PayPal payment status must be marked as “Completed” to allow access to the course. Could you please share the link to your course page? We’ll look into the issue and get back to you shortly.

Hello. The issue has been resolved after I installed masteriyo on a fresh wordpress. I think the issue had arisen due to some plugin conflict.
