Hello,
Serbian is not a supported language at the moment. You can add it via “Languages” on the right hand site of the WordPress plugin page https://wordpress.org/plugins/owm-weather/ or with a tool like Poedit.

Thanks for the info, is it possible to change only the output language for visitors or i need to change everything ?
I am going to create a Serbian translation file with PoEdit and use its automatic translation feature. Since I cannot verify the translations, I respectfully ask you to check them at least for the front-end that the visitors see.
I’ll let you know when its available, probably today or tomorrow.

It doesn`t seem to work for me, still outputs english. I have tried to clear the cache, make a new weather and update old ones.
Which language do you have set in WordPress under General Settings?

im using eng as my wordpress language, oh so if i wish to users see serbian i also need to use serbian on my wordpress 🙂

OWM Weather uses the WordPress language, that why you see English output. See the FAQ “In which languages is the weather data displayed?”:
OWM Weather is fully translated into Chilean, French, German, Russian, Spanish, and Serbian. Partial translations are available in Estonian, Italian, Hungarian, Hebrew, Polish, Danish, and Portuguese. The plugin will use these languages if they correspond with the language set in WordPress under General settings.
Open Weather Map offers data in many languages through the “OpenWeatherMap Language” setting within the weather post. This has no influence on the plugin language. If set to Default, the system will prioritize the WordPress site language and resort to English if the site language is unavailable.
You need to set your WordPress language to Serbian in order for OWM Weather to use that language.

Light Air – Слаб ветар;
Clear Sky – Ведро небо;
Few Clouds – Неколико облака;
Overcast Clouds – Тамни облаци
