    If the email can’t be sent, then there may be a problem related to the WordPress default wp_mail function on your site.

    So, for now, I would recommend you install an SMTP plugin and check the case again.

    I have another question regarding this plugin.

    I set the session period per single vote to be one month. However, if I try to do a vote and refresh the page it gives me the option to be able to vote again.

    How can I limit it to one vote per user?

    This option may experience a delay if the user’s local time and the server time are not aligned.

    Please try setting both the server time and your local time (the user you used to check the option with) to the same time zone, and then recheck the issue.

    Sorry, entering the variable %%user_email%% in the email received of the ballot always shows %%user_email%% and not the email. As if the code is not being interpreted.

    Please note that the ‘See Results’ button doesn’t redirect to a different page. It displays the results directly on the same page.

    If clicking the button doesn’t do anything, it might be related to caching. Please clear the caches and try again with different browsers and with an incognito mode.
