Send labels with note

    Greetings,

    How would we send labels with fields we are dumping into a note. Without the label the values are not useful to our lead intake team. Form is long so only basic contact information is being mapped to our IS/Keap contact.

    For example, we are using the drop down that selects the field and results in {87}for example. Can we add attributes or use a Gravity Forms placeholder for example {summary}?
