Selectable Recipients

Hello, I need to create a drop-down list with a list of recipients that send the inquiry to the selected email address. It is not clear if this requires the Pro version of the plugin. I am guessing it does since I cannot find the conditional logic checkbox in the free version.

Do you know if it is possible to set up a drop-down list with selectable recipients in the free version?
