Yes, as a admin is clear. As a subscriber, how can I choose the categories I Want to receive notifications? As a subscriber I just fill/name e-mail in widget, and unsubscribe following the unsubscribe link on notification e-mails footer. There are no more options.

I think that the ability for subscribers to select one or multiple list they are unsubscribing from will be good, since they already have ability to select multiple list to subscribe to, not being able to manage the list they subscribed to themselves seem a little inconvenient.
At the current stage, subscribers that subscribed to multiple list can only unsubscribe from every list from the emails they receive instead of choosing which list to unsubscribe from.

No need to answer already. After a month with problems using your plugin and suffering your SPAM Banners I removed it and installed another one with similar name but really different behavior and everything works as expected.
