@star2050 thanks for letting me know. Will look into this asap!
Hi @star2050, Could you perhaps show me an example. When I try to reproduce it, I can just provide dates, and it works. Are you using the form? Or are you adding filters to the url?
Have you added any of the hooks? The filters work with the same hooks, so if you don’t return the original value in your hooks it can change the behavior.

Hi Doeke and thanks for your plugin!
I have the same problem @star2050 has, but only if I use the date fields in the settings page. If I use the querystring parameters added to the public download URL, the filtering works well.
As further info I currently have installed:
GravityForms Version 2.4.18
Gravity Forms Entries in Excel Version 1.8.4
I hope this is a good starting point for debugging.
Bye
Hi @sgot,
I think you might have a conflicting plugin installed. Could you perhaps provide me with the gravity forms server information? You can send it to me at [email protected].
I’ll see if I can find the culprit. Perhaps I can update something to fix it then.
Hi @doekenorg,
I sent you what you asked π
Thanks a lot for what you do!
@sgot yes! Well received. I’ll try to reproduce the issue and respond via email.
@sgot I saw you have W3 Total Cache enabled. Please take a look at this page. https://gfexcel.com/docs/caching-plugins/
Ik think your problem (and maybe the TS problem) is that of caching.
