Select all button disappeared?

Hi there!
I have been using the faster image insert plugin for a long time now and I’ve always like it. But I have noticed that the “select all” button has disappeared. it was really helpful and practical, especially when you have inserted 30 images and you have to click on each image to insert it. I realized this is not “faster insert image” anymore.
Why did you delete this button? Can you put it back please?
