Search and sort functionality disappeared

Recently there are several problems with one of my tables created with your tool. Another page where I have a different table seems to be working fine. Here are the issues:
1. I have the table set to sort, yet that functionality isn\’t available.
2. Searching is also set, but that functionality is not showing up for this table.
3. The PDF doesn\’t show the logo even though I have the logo set up in the table settings.
4. When you go to print, you get a \”Site cannot be reached error.
Please note that I have removed the functionality for 3 and 4 above because I don\’t want users getting errors.
I also noticed the following errors in the Google Developers Console:

I see that this is referring to scripts on your site. I would prefer to maintain these scripts on my site since I know it is reliable and can fix problems when they occur.
Questions:
1. How do I fix the above problems?
2. How do I maintain the js files on my own server?
