Scrolls Too Far Down the Page

It is positioning in the bottom third of the page at 0 px. I cannot use negative pixels, so I don’t know how to get it to show up higher in the page. Is there a CSS style I can use to change the default positioning?

I had to create a page for a test. It’s here.

The ones at the top of the page are working okay but there are others further down on the page that are not. Those are “Winner Citations,” “Runner-Up Citations,” and “NominationCitations,” which lead to a later place on the page and then the return jumps to individual sections or to the “Abbrevation Guide” are going to a random spot on the page, not where they are supposed to go.

I’ve also noticed that with your plugin installed, the #Name isn’t showing up in the address bar like it normally would, thus you can’t use the back button to go back to your last position.

Curious if it’s all struggling with calculating proper offsets, given the volume and amount of potential places to scroll to.

I also know we had a lot of js rewriting away from jQuery, in version 0.3.0, so I’m wondering if version 0.2.2, which still has the jQuery version would be more accurate.
