Scrolling with fixed sidebar issue

Great plugin but im using a fixed sidebar here http://www.westafricafoodmarkets.org/dev/challenge-fund
As you can see the first link works great & scrolls but if you click any more links after that they dont scroll, tehy just link directly to that section.
Any ideas?
