Scroll to top – huge delay

Hello,

we run the quiz on the page above. There is set up redirect on top after form submission – https://autotrip.cz/kviz-pneumatiky/#quiz-top

But there is like 5-8 seconds delay after submitting the results and get to the top of the form.

Could you please recommend me what settings should be changed?
