    Hi

    I’m creating a new appointment.
    It does not show the message “your appointment request has been received”.
    Screen freezes while loading. Screenshot
    But the appointment message comes as an e-mail.
    Users are not sure they have created appointments.
    Users can be confused.

    How can we fix this. ?

    Can you help me ?

    Thanks for reaching us here!
    Please be kindly informed that booking an appointment requires payment. By default, the payment is enabled after activating the plugin. If you are using, the payment option is a local payment, if your plugin is the pro version, your payment can be Stripe or PayPal or WooCommerce. If the mandatory field is enabled like the payment option, it should behave normally.
    But, thanks for reporting it! I will forward this to the plugin team for a check.

    Hello, I can confirm the issue.
    I have the Pro version and I didn’t select any payment option. The screen freezes.
    when selecting the local payment option, everything goes fine.

    I suggest not having a mandatory payment.

    Thanks for reporting. Yes, the payment option is the required option. This issue is sent to the development team for a fix. In the next updates, there should a hotfix.
