Scheduling actions without checking exists

Based on support provided on https://wordpress.org/support/topic/actionscheduler_logs/ and a quick review of the plugin, it appears that WPForms Lite schedules actions, without first checking if the action is scheduled or not.

A search of the plugin for as_next_scheduled_action() yields only one result, and appears to be used to perform cleanup of some meta data.

Can you please review the original post, and provide support as needed?
