    Hi,

    I’ve just noticed in my scheduled actions log that the following are failing. It seems like it’s been going on for the last year and still showing failed. Is this a cause for concern? I’ve had a look at the troubleshooting guide related to the scheduled actions but having no luck.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    action failed via Async Request: Scheduled action for wpforms_builder_help_cache_update will not be executed as no callbacks are registered.

    action failed via Async Request: Scheduled action for wpforms_admin_addons_cache_update will not be executed as no callbacks are registered.

    action failed via Async Request: Scheduled action for wpforms_admin_builder_templates_cache_update will not be executed as no callbacks are registered.

    I am sorry to hear about the issue.

    Could you please check with your host if wp_cron is disabled on the server?

    Hi, i have added my own cron through hosting side and disabled wp_cron. Everything else that uses cron is working.

    We suspect that the failed actions are linked to the custom cron schedules that you have set up.

    We would like to assist as much as we can, but since you are using a custom cron through the hosting side, helping with that setup is beyond the scope of our support. We suggest reaching out to your host to get more information on why the scheduled actions are failing.
