Hello, I wondered whether it was possible to get any assistance with scans not working, I am just wondering what else I should do. Thank you.

Your error output from the Diags page mostly tells you what is wrong.

“wp_remote_post() test back to this server failed! Response was: 403 Forbidden”

“403 Forbidden” means that your server and/or site is blocking being accessed by ITSELF, so WordFence cannot do callbacks to initiate parts of the scanning. That will also (sometimes silently) affect other portions of WordFence functionality,

You will need to find out what is blocking it. Your server access logs might help.

    Hi @katyjanec,

It appears (as @crudhunter rightly pointed out) that the server hosting your site is unable to connect to itself.

As you mentioned that this issue has only recently started to occur, it could be that your hosting provider has made some changes to the configuration.
So you would need to check with them in order to identify the cause of the problem.

Alternatively, I suggest you try enabling the option at the bottom of the Diagnostics tab on the Wordfence Tools page titled Start all scans remotely
