    They tell me that my website is not verified with Google, when I ask for a refund my campaign is suddenly working and costing me $5 a click.

    Very quick to take your money, but very slow & poor customer service. Unable to cancel my subscription and can not remove my credit card details.

    Wordpress should not allow these people to operate on their platform.

    We have no control over when Google verifies websites, so it is possible that there was an overlap of when your campaign started running, and you receiving the information about it not being verified. We apologize if there was any confusion with that.

    Our support team has canceled your campaign as you requested and has issued you a refund of the unused campaign ad spend. This should show up with your financial institution within 5-10 business days. If your financial institution is based outside of the United States the refund may take longer due to international banking regulations. An email was sent to you on Friday confirming this information.
