Save and apply duplication profiles?

    I’m experimenting with the profiles feature but I’m not fully sure how it works. How exactly are the profile settings saved, and do I need to manually confirm anything? Also, how do I select a specific profile when creating duplicates? I’d appreciate a short explanation of the correct workflow.

    You don’t need to save profile settings manually. Everything is saved automatically right after you make any change. There’s no “Save” button, and no extra confirmation required.

    When you create a duplicate, you’ll see a small popup after clicking the Duplicate link. In that popup you can select which profile you want to use for this duplication. This allows you to choose a different profile for each operation, depending on what metadata or settings you want to copy.
