Hi @kanistraki,
I do see ads loading on the homepage upon providing consent when visiting the site with Safari. There’s another CMP enabled next to Complianz as well, so perhaps it might be related?
It could also be related to caching/optimization, so you could additionally try emptying the cache in any caching tools.
Kind regards, Jarno
Hello,
The other CMP you see is “OneSignal Push Notifications” if you mean that. Already deactivated and that but the same problem. Also the cache is empty.
Maybe the problem is only at old iMac with old safari version. My iMac used macOS High Sierra.
Another problem i have after install Complianz is Google auto ads showed inside to wp-admin.
Any solution for that?
Thanks,
Teo
Hi @kanistraki,
I suspect I might know why this only occurs for you when using Safari, it’s probably because of the built-in “tracker protection” in Safari. On your site, it’s also blocking the ad domains.
If you navigate to Safari > Settings for “https://www.yourdomain.gr” and disable the checkbox next to “Activate content/element blocking”, the page reloads and you’ll see the ads appear immediately.
For the back-end ads, it would seem a bit strange that Complianz is related to this. The first thing I would recommend check is the configuration of the plugin that serves these ads on your website, and if the behavior persists with Complianz disabled.
Kind regards, Jarno
