Runtime errors on Edge Browser

Hi! On a couple PCs here, the Cloudflare turnstile gets some errors, so our employees can’t log in to our sites. For me, it works fine (AMD Desktop Win11, Edge browser).
They both have Intel Laptops Win11 and latest Windows 11 / Edge browser. And Cloudflare turnstile simply will not run or show up in their browser.
In Firefox it always works fine for them. Any tips? Chrome also same, will just not work for them.

It would help to have a site to look at.
According to the documentation, the site appears to be a bot:
Maybe this is related to the frequency of requests and/or the source IP, rather than the plugin?
