RSS not Optimized

Hello,

My RSS feed is not optimized and is showing these errors content:encoded should not contain script tag and Use of unknown namespace: com-wordpress:feed-additions:1

I use W3C RSS Feed Validation Service and it returns those errors, I also posted this in the official WordPress forum and they said it might be the theme, so how can I fix?
