row block don’t space correctly

I have a row block with 2 emojis and a heading in the middle, like this:

All is apeced correctly. But when i add more text to the heading and it has a second line, the space that uses the middle block stretches for no reason. And looks like this:

I cannot correct it.

Is this the right place to report this?
