Did you enable Generate UCSS ?
and if you disable CSS combine , I assume it works fine by then ?
and when you say issue with style , is there any error message on browser’s dev tool , like CSS request failed or something ?

I will not carry out these tests anymore because I have returned to version 3.6.4.
I am surprised that you added so many revisions and corrections at once and now bugs are coming out.
In addition, new functions that were not available in previous versions are enabled by default, e.g. guest cache only, but they shouldn’t.

is it possible you can create a stage site to carry out these test ? because it’s virtually impossible for us to debug any issue by just saying “page broken”
