Reviews won’t auto update

Hi
We use this plugin on a few websites, but they never auto update. We get told they have new ones, so have to go into Connection, reconnect and save.
Are you aware of this issue?

[text] => Perfect venue for a drink and a meal. Visited on Sunday and ordered the Sunday roast. The plate was bursting with quality meat and vegetables and tasted superb. Be prepared for plenty of fantastic taste and flavour.

Despite being booked up for Sunday lunch, the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us and we managed to get a table for the end of day serving time. Everyone in our group remarked on how good the pub was. The menu had lots of choice, dishes came in large portions, and everything was reasonably priced. The cask beer options were great and there was plenty to choose from for soft drinks too. The kids menu went down really well. We all enjoyed our meal so much, most of us managed to fit in dessert as well! We’ll definitely stop off for lunch or dinner here if we’re ever in the area again.

According to the debug information you do not have your own Google API key, but it’s mandatory for reviews auto update.
Extremely detailed manual how to create your own API key is placed on the page: Google Reviews / Support / Full Installation Guide, after creating you need to save it on the Settings page.
