Review button has disappeared

Settings all checked, however there is no longer a “add a review” button/option on the product page.
= This problem occurs on All products.
= If a product doesn’t have any reviews “add a review” doesn’t appears,
= however if a review has previously been left, when selecting “add a review” button, the review box disappears (literally, no error stated etc, just disappears).
i emailed customers support a couple of times and just ignored/no reply.
