If the email notifications didn’t reach your mailbox, some hosting providers do log emails that are sent out from the sites they host. So if you need to try and recover undelivered emails, the best next step in trying to find records of previous entries is to contact your site’s hosting provider to ask if they do this.
For the second question, though it depends as we offer the Lite connect feature to backup entries, but could you please drop us a line through our contact page when you get the chance as it’s against WordPress.org support guidelines to discuss paid license features?
