I would like to restore a back up only I can’t. I have the free version of the plug-in. When I want to restore it it asks for a code / password. However, I do not have this because I have the free version, and so I do not use the encrypted version of the downloads. I cannot find an encrypted key anywhere. How am I going to solve this, I MUST restore the backup

Please make sure you are using the correct backup ZIP file, example format – https://prnt.sc/WXnRTb1criF-. Sometimes you upload the wrong file, but the correct one is inside the ZIP you have.

If this is not the case, please contact us directly so that we can investigate further.
