Restore getting stuck in local server

    Hi updraft team,

    I am planning to buy updraftplus premium for few sites. Before this I tried to give it a try in local xampp server. But it was get stuck always, especially in db and upload restore. Also I can’t find any significant error.

    Hi,

    Thanks for testing UpdraftPlus first.

    When restoring on a local XAMPP server, the process can get stuck if PHP limits such as memory limit, execution time, upload size, or post size are too low. Local environments often have stricter defaults than live hosting.

    Please increase memory_limit, max_execution_time, upload_max_filesize, and post_max_size in your php.ini, then restart Apache and try the restore again.

    If the issue still happens, please copy the full restore log to a tool like Pastebin and share the link here so we can review it further.
