Restore blocked midway – database issue?

I attempted a restore and during the database part (which I clearly should have done last) it stopped. I’ve pasted the details here for expediting response.

The last line states what stopped it and I am contacting my host.

Therefore the site is down and inaccessible front or back end. What are my next steps to at least gain access to the site prior to the restore attempt or an even earlier date?
