    I added the roster by going to:
    Appearance>MSTW>Pilipa’a15-1 which added the team to my Nav bar at the top of my site. When I clicked on the link, it opened a page with a big images of all of my players with their name listed below. I can’t seem to duplicate that issue today. When I add it to the menu, it is now a dead link.

    The shortcode option seems to work, but I still have a couple of issues that I can’t resolve:

    1. I can’t change the sort function. It is sorting by player last name only
    2. I can’t remove the thumbnail from the roster page. The thumbnail is ok on the roster page on a website, but gets squashed and does not display properly on mobile.

    As for images getting squashed on the iphone6 … yup, they do. There have been discussions in this forum and others about the responsiveness of tables. In my opinion, and this is just my opinion, others disagree, a table with a lot of columns/information is intended to be displayed on a larger screen. It is organized the way it is for a reason. (You really can’t fit 5lbs of information in a 3lb bag without losing/changing the organization of the information.) Many things can be done, but IMO (See above.) all of them change the delivery or organization of the information. So I’m living with tables for now.

    You can remove the photos column in the shortcode by setting the argument

    show_photos=0

    You can change the sorting in the shortcode by seting the argument

    sort_order = numeric | alpha

    Alpha will sort by last name.

    See my previous response to your question about “the preferred method”. (WHy start another thread on the same topic?)

    I think I understand what you tried to do with your menus, and no, that won’t quite work. What you CAN do is create a menu item that is a custom link, then add a link that will generate a team gallery (taxonomy page), something like:

    http://dev.shoalsummitsolutions.com/team/sf-giants/?roster_type=baseball-pro

    Hope that helps.

    I figured out a few things from the last post and updating my theme fixed a few issues, however I’m still running in to a few issues:

    Here is the roster that I get when I paste the shortcode in to a new page:
    http://pilipaa.com/pilipaa-teams/2016-pilipaa-girls-15-1/

    Here is the roster that I get when add the rosters by going to appearances>menu>MSTW Teams>Pilipaa 15-1
    http://pilipaa.com/team/pilipaa15-1/

    The sort function (by number) seems to work on the second one, but not the first. Also, is there shortcode that allows me to remove the pictures and just list the roster as the first listing doesn’t display well on a responsive site on iPhone or Android?

    Those look about right. Perhaps you are not understanding that the shortcode you are using is for displaying roster TABLES, and the page is displaying roster GALLERIES. There is a shortcode for displaying GALLERIES. Refer to the man pages. And maybe compare what’s there to the many examples on the MSTW Development site.

    You can remove the photos from the shortcode as described in my previous response.
