Responsive Signup on Mobile

    I am struggling to get the signup page to be responsive on mobile.

    I have tried the short codes on the documentation but it’s not working.

    Not working means what exactly? It sounds like you tried this, but the shortcode to use is

    [pdb_signup template=bootstrap]

    However this is no guarantee it will look or layout the way you want. Selecting this template provides a responsive HTML framework which will generally be formatted by your theme. Some themes don’t do a very good job at this, so you’ll have to bring in your own CSS rules to get the display to where you want it to be.
