Resize tooltip when using Annie footnotes

I see that it’s possible to resize an individual tooltip in the short code, but is there a way to do this when you’re using Tippy with Annie for footnotes? I tried setting height and width in the [foot] short code, but that didn’t work. Thanks for any help!
