    Hi Matt,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    Would like to update you that you can simply click on the same column header in Smart Manager grid till the sorting arrow sign disappears to reset the sorting.

    Further, if still you are unable to reset the sort then you would need to delete a WordPress option at the WordPress database level by simply following the below steps:

    1) Open your WordPress database & then go to wp_options table
    2) Search all values having ‘_sm_beta_[your wordpress login email]_Products‘ as option_name
    3) Now delete the same row. That’s it.

    Please do let us know if the same resolves the issue or not.

    Hi @storeapps,

    Apologies for the late response, I didn’t get any email notification letting me know you had replied.

    I can’t remember what I did but I managed to resolve it, I may have clicked on the sorting arrow.
