    When I try to make a reservation either on the page itself, or even in the Backend under Reservations>Add a Reservation, it doesn’t go through. The automatic ‘Thank you’ message shows, but no email is sent to the registrant or to the admin, the reservation is not showing up in the Reservation List, and the available spots is not updated. I updated all my plugins, cleared the cache of my website and my browser. I even tried creating a new calendar to see if it was that specific calendar, but the same thing happens. Whatever it is happened over the weekend, I didn’t even log in over the weekend. Thoughts? Thanks!

    Hi @adamsfairacre.

    We just have made a test reservation and got an email notification about our booking request.

    This means that everything is working fine from the user side.

    Can you check again the reservations list and check the email spam folders?

    Also, you need to select the calendar and then check the reservations list.

    Hello, I’ve narrowed down the issue further. When you are choosing a date and time, if you choose any of the ones with Poughkeepsie as a location, they do not go through. Any other location goes through fine, so yes, I did get your Kingston one. I can try making new Poughkeepsie times, but I’m worried about using this plugin in the future because this causes issues. Thanks

    We booked two more spots for Poughkeepsie and Newburgh, and we received notifications, and everything worked out perfectly.
