Replace deprecated methods please

    This method WC()->cart->get_remove_url is deprecated

    Replace please all parts to this function wc_get_cart_remove_url() in the code .

    It seems that the warning is not from our plugin. In our plugin we are not using the function WC()->cart->get_remove_url. Could you please verify this once again? If you still think this is our plugin then please share the filename and line number so that we could verify this on our side.
